Lack of Funds Has Kenyan Schools Closing Earlier

Some public schools have reportedly sent their learners home despite the official closing date being August 2, as the government has only released 13% of the 30% of funds, which is leaving secondary schools with a shortage of U.S.$63 million to run school programmes.
