Govt Pushes for South Africa Constitution Change Over Land

President Cyril Ramaphosa has said that "it has become patently clear that our people want the constitution to be more explicit about expropriation of land without compensation". This follows a decision by the government to push for land expropriation without compensation, which is largely in the hands of white landowners.
