Ugandan King Condemns Corruption

During the silver jubilee anniversary of his coronation, Ronald Mutebi II said there is a lot of greed among people which leads to corruption in the country and called for civilians to stop this practice. In his speech he touched on several subjects from inequality to crime, government's missteps in revival of cooperatives and the gloom of rising HIV infections, as well as haemorrhaging of public resources.
