Work to Begin on Nigeria's Nightmarish Apapa Gridlock

Approval has been granted for the Apapa tollgate on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. The traffic gridlock has been causing headaches, particularly for exporters of fresh produce and other goods as they say they are losing U.S.$10 billion annually.
