Since fleeing his home in Nigeria's Borno State six years ago, retired civil servant Iddrisu Ibrahim Halilu has fought tirelessly on behalf of those who, like him, have been displaced by violence meted out by Boko Haram. People call him Baba IDP - father of internally displaced persons - a term of endearment that suits him, writes IRIN's Shola Lawal.
