Ugandan Politician Dismantles His Boreholes After Poll Loss

Disgruntled hopeful Patrick Okumu-Ringa has told voters to go and look for water elsewhere after dismantling all the boreholes he had sunk for water for the area's residents free of charge for the past two decades, following his loss in the recently concluded Nebbi Municipality parliamentary by-election.
