History Made as Zimbabwe Will Broadcast Election Court Case

The Judicial Services Commission has granted a request by the state-run Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation to televise the proceedings of the Constitutional Court hearing on the MDC Alliance's electoral challenge to the 2018 presidential elections results. This will be the first time that a court case has been broadcast live. Zimbabwe's courts usually ban journalists from recording proceedings other than with notebooks and pens.
