Geingob Takes Helm at SADC as Kabila Bids Farewell

Namibian President Hage Geingob took over the rotating chair of the Southern African Development Community during the 38th Summit of Heads of State and Government which was held in Windohoek. of the in Namibia,Along with leaders from the 16 member states, participants included the current chair of the African Union, Rawandan President Paul Kagame, and the UN Economic Commikssion for Africa exective secretary, Vera Sognwe.
