Teams Prepare for Cosafa Women Showdown

The senior women's national teams are gearing up for the upcoming Cosafa Championship that will be held in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, from September 12 to 22. Women's football has seen a huge surge in popularity around the world and Southern Africa is no different, with more teams mushrooming at club level.
