Buhari Not Opposed to Card Readers in Voting - Presidency

The presidency says President Muhammadu Buhari rejected the Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill 2018 not because of his aversion to e-voting - as is being insinuated - but rather because of drafting errors in the document which has since been sent to the National Assembly for review.
