Top U.S. Diplomat Urges Strong U.S.-Africa Partnership

Nagy, Jr.,  the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs. In a guest column written for AllAfrica ahead of this week's opening of the UN General Assembly, he writes that Africa is at a critical crossroads, and the direction it takes in the next few years will have a major impact - for good or ill - not only on the continent, but across the world.
