Zuma Granted Leave to Appeal State Capture Report Costs Order

The North Gauteng High Court has granted former president Jacob Zuma the right to intervene in the leave to appeal the state capture report case, allowing him to apply for leave to appeal the personal costs order against him. Zuma claimed the court erred by holding him personally liable for the legal costs as he was not cited in his personal capacity or given an opportunity to explain his conduct.
