Zimbabwe is facing one of its most defining moments and the European Union is ready to help the country reclaim its "rightful" place in the region, Brussels' new representative in Harare has said. Ambassador Timo Olkkonen, who presented his credentials to President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Thursday, says he wants to see the implementation of political and economic reforms in the country.
