Victims Rebuild Lives After Blaze Destroyed Their Homes
Residents of Kosovo informal settlement have begun to rebuild their shacks after a fire left 1,400 people homeless. Donations from Cape Town residents and humanitarian relief from the South African Social Services Agency have been made available to assist those affected.
About 120 homes were destroyed and 1,400 people left homeless in Kosovo informal settlement, Philippi.
