Nigeria Denies Plan to Limit Amount of Children Women Can Have
Finance minister Zainab Ahmed has clarified her statement about limiting the amount of children a woman can have, stating that the government will instead encourage women to "wait between pregnancies". Ahmed had said that policy limiting the number of children women can have would be important for sustaining the growth of the economy - and she says this was misinterpreted.
