Ugandan Teachers, Govt Payroll Saga Continues

Uganda National Teachers' Union General Secretary, Filbert Baguma says there are over 2000 teachers who have missed their salaries or have been paid half of their earnings and efforts to get a solution from government officials have hit a snag as they give several excuses and no solutions.
