Tight Security as Kenya's Secondary Education Exams Begin

Kenya National Examinations Council chairman, George Magoha, has promised that there will be no delays during this year's Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations, despite heavy rains - particularly in the coastal region and parts of eastern.
