ConCourt the Next Stage in Legal Fight Between Ramaphosa, Moyane

Former South African Revenue Service Chief Tom Moyane has approached the Constitutional Court to have his disciplinary hearing, as well as the decision to set up the Nugent Commission of Inquiry declared unlawful. This comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa defended his decision to dismiss Moyane in an affidavit filed at the Constitutional Court.
