William Ruto may be heading back to the International Criminal Court - the prosecutor at the ICC Court has reportedly been "relentlessly but quietly" piecing together fresh information on the 2007/8 post-election violence, in which more than 1,300 people were killed and hundreds of thousands displaced. Ruto's case was vacated from the Hague-based court due to lack of incriminating evidence in April 2016.
