Limit Your Water Use South Africa, Govt Says as Heatwave Hits

With Gauteng temperatures expected to rise 35% over what is normally expected, Johannesburg Water spokesperson Isaac Dhludhlu urged citizens to have a bucket of 20 litres filled with water in their homes in case restrictions are applied. Scorching temperatures have also been predicted for parts of the Eastern Cape, Free State, North West and parts of the Garden Route.
