Zimbabwe's Biti Challenges Prosecutor As Trial Begins

Opposition leader Tendai Biti has filed an application challenging the involvement of Michael Reza as the lead prosecutor saying Reza was biased and not fit be in his position. Biti is charged with inciting the deadly violence in Harare after the disputed July 30 elections.
