Mozambican Central Bank Blames Cyber-Attacks for Crisis

Most electronic banking systems in Mozambique have not been working since Friday November 16, when the provider of the computer software used, the Portuguese company Bizfirst, cut the country off. Bizfirst is in a dispute with Simo (Mozambican Interbank Company), whose network covers most banks in the country.
