Kenyans Risk Jail for Not Being Honest During Census

Some citizens have previously declined to provide personal details on the number of wives, those with disabilities, the number of children per household, deaths in the family and ownership of household goods. This non-disclosure will now attract a fine or a jail term, according to Treasury Cabinet Secretary, Henry Rotich.
