Buhari Speaks On Cross River Violence, Calls for Calm

The fight in the communities bordering Abia State has claimed many lives and left many people injured and displaced. President Muhammadu Buhari has urged the people of the area to allow law and order to prevail. A resident, interviewed by Premium Times, traced the violence to the sale of a parcel of land, used to cultivate palm fruits since 1973.
