Is That South Africa's Nelson Mandela?

Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa unveiled a bust made by China in honour of late former president Nelson Mandela, but South Africans don't see the resemblance. Many thought that the sculpture based his work on Rasta's paintings of Madiba. Do you see any trace of Madiba in this work?
