Nigerian Police Get Wires Crossed on Legality of Sex in Cars

Two Nigerian police chiefs disagree about whether is is a crime to have sex in a car parked in a public place. Abayomi Shogunle, Head, Police Public Complaints, Rapid Response Unit, says it is not a crime under some circumstances - but Lagos State Commissioner of Police Imohimin Edgal has disagreed with him. The issue is being discussed on social media following an incident in which a couple was harassed by a mob for having sex in a car.
