Probe Launched Into Kenyan Police Shooting, Civilian Deaths

The Independent Policing Oversight Authority has launched an investigation into the killings of civilians in Kwanza, Trans Nzoia County who were shot by police in an alleged act of self-defence, according to a statement from the office of the Inspector General of Police.
