DR Congo Election Delayed - Again
Elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo, already postponed several times since 2016, have been postponed by another week. In a guest column for AllAfrica, written before the postponement was announced, Congolese democracy activist Kambale Musavuli expressed doubt as to whether the electoral commission could successfully organise an election.
