South African Rugby Captain Under Fire for Comments About Quotas

South African rugby captain Siya Kolisi has been the subject of heated discussion on Twitter for saying that Nelson Mandela would have not supported quotas. Kolisi was interviewed in Japan on Kyodo News while on a visit to the country to visit electronics company Panasonic, which is donating solar lights to children in South Africa.
