350 Jobs In Uganda at Stake as UN's Entebbe Base Hangs in Balance

Jobs at the Regional Service Centre in Entebbe will be scrapped or moved to Nairobi in 2020, If the report by the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres recommending that the base be maintained under the new arrangements, is adopted. Foreign Affairs secretary Patrick Mugoya has said his ministry will continue engaging the relevant authorities to highlight the benefits of Entebbe so that it keeps all functions.
