President Yoweri Museveni's son, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant- General, the second highest army rank in Uganda.The 44-year-old moved up to the rank of Major-General in 2016 and a year later was appointed as the Special Presidential Advisor for Special Operations.
