Refugees Blame Red Cross For Water Crisis in Uganda Camps

Women and children in different refugee settlements in the West Nile district are struggling to access clean water as drought takes its toll on the area. Hassan Kaps Fungaroo, the Obongi County Member of Parliament, says a reported Uganda Red Cross Society decision to dismantle the water pumping supply system was "unfortunate".
