Nigerians in South Africa to Test Diaspora Database Program

A pilot initiative to register Nigerian adults and children in South Africa into the National Identity Database was made to ensure they did not feel disenfranchised, Aliyu Aziz, Director General of the National Identity Management Commission, has said.
