Call for Tunisia to Bar or Arrest Sudan's Al-Bashir

Human Rights Watch has called on Tunisia to bar entry to or arrest Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir who sources say intends to attend the League of Arab States summit in the county. He is wanted on two ICC warrants for alleged genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity committed in Darfur.
