Shots Fired at Ugandan University as Students, Police Clash
Small businesses and shops around Uganda's Kyambogo University have closed as some operators fear losing their merchandise during the running battles between students and riot police. The students are protesting the university's new tuition payment deadline that will see all students who would not have cleared tuition, be excluded for a semester.
