Pondering the Unfinished Kenya-Somalia Border Wall
The project that followed the Garissa University terror attack on April 2, 2015 that claimed 148 lives, mostly students, has since changed from a complicated wall construction to a wire fence which has gobbled up about U.S.$34 million, according to a recent parliamentary report. Less than 30 kilometres of fencing has been completed since 2015.
