South Sudan Opposition Want All Issues Resolved Before New Govt

Puok Both Baluang, the opposition's deputy director of information and public relations says the rush to form the government on May 12 is uncalled for, asking for extension of the pre-transitional period. He said other outstanding issues like security arrangements, number of states and enactment of the constitution are as stated in the peace agreement are still unresolved.
