Nigeria Presidency Hits Back at Bishop's 'Buhari Sleeping' Claims
A statement made by the Catholic Bishop of Yola Diocese, Stephen Mamza, accusing President Muhammadu Buhari of "not doing enough to check the incessant violence across Nigeria", and of "sleeping on duty as Commander-in-Chief", was refuted by Buhari's spokesperson Garba Shehu, who blamed the north-east violence on community leaders.
