Uganda to Use U.S.$104 Million for City Spy Cameras
Parliament has approved a government request to secure a loan of U.S.$104 Million to procure 3,233 CCTV cameras to be installed in the Kampala metropole. Standard Chartered Bank is set to provide the loan which will be paid over a period of 12 years at an annual interest of 5%.
