Kagame Says There's No Need to Protect Him From Detractors

Rwandan President Paul Kagame has said all cases of defamation and public humiliation ought to be treated as civil matters, with no exception. He was expressing his dissatisfaction following a Supreme Court decision to give the head of state preferential treatment in relation to the provisions on public insults and defamation.
