Nigeria Court Throws Out Onnoghen Suspension Appeal
The Appeal Court in Abuja has dismissed the appeal brought by Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen against his suspension, saying that the matter had already been overtaken by events wherein the Code of Conduct Tribunal which found Onnoghen guilty for not declaring his assets.
