No Money Missing or Stolen at Nigeria's Central Bank - Official
Central Bank of Nigeria spokesman Isaac Okoroafor has said that no money is missing or stolen from the bank's coffers as reported by the media. While admitting that an audio clip in which Governor of the Central Bank Godwin Emefiele, Deputy Governor Edward Adamu and the Director of Finance Dayo Arowosegbe could be heard discussing discrepancies in the bank's accounts was authentic, but said they were "selective conversations".
