Costly Omission - No Leak Detectors for Mombasa-Nairobi Pipeline

An official at the Kenya Pipeline Corporation has called the omission of the leak detection apparatus to the 20-inch Mombasa-Nairobi pipeline as "unfortunate", saying that the company will now prepare another tender to finance its installation.
