Kenyan Businessman Caught Up in Fake Gold Scam Released on Bail

Sixteen people, among them 'flamboyant' businessman Jared Otieno have been charged with obtaining U.S.$3 million from a Laos businessman, while pretending that they would sell him gold. The accused persons have been released on separate bail terms.
