Uganda's Former Prime Minister Apolo Nsibambi Dies

The late former prime minister's daughter Julie Nsibambi confirmed the news of her 78-year-old father's death on social media. Nsibambi was an academic and politician who served as prime minister from April 1999 to May 2011.
