Praises Pour in For Kenyan Athlete Who Helped Rival Finish Race

Simon Cheprot may have lost the IAAF Okpekpe International 10-kilometre road race in Nigeria but he has won the hearts of millions of people across the world after helping a fellow runner, Kenneth Kipkemoi, stagger past the finish line as he was about to collapse. The selfless act shocked the organisers and spectators - and loosened purse strings, making Cheprot $10,000 richer.
