'Uprooting the Seeds of Conflict & Violence Key to Peacebuilding'
For many years, Uganda suffered internal conflict and regional turmoil that undermined the country's prospects for development, stability and prosperity. Victor Ochen, the Founder and Executive Director of the African Youth Initiative Network, tells AllAfrica how at the age of 13 he started and led a campaign against the recruitment of child soldiers amid the war in northern Uganda.
