Tanzania Awaits Another 'Controversial' Bill Signing By Magufuli
President John Magufuli has become known for raising eyebrows and causing outcries - not least of which were the crackdown on the media, banning of pregnant schoolgirls from attending school, the banning of lubricants, and Magufuli's denail that a scathing IMF report on the country's economic policies was withheld. Now a new Bill that will among others, bring changes to the NGO sector and film and stage play productions, awaits the president's signature.
