Al-Shabaab Steps Up Executions Amid U.S. Airstrikes
Militant group Al-Shabaab has executed 18 people since Wednesday, an unprecedented rate of executions for the group, which is under pressure from U.S. airstrikes. All of the victims were convicted by militant courts, according to Al-Shabaab affiliate media sites.
