Govt to Speed Up Deployment of South African Troops in Cape Town?

Western Cape Premier Alan Winde has said the fact that 43 murders took place over a single weekend was proof that there was no time to waste in deploying the South African National Defence Force to gang-affected areas of Cape Town.
